Vivid Motions Refund and Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales are non-refundable, unless a performance is canceled by Vivid Motion.

Should inclement weather (or other safety concern) cause the cancellation of a performance, cancellation information will be sent to all ticket holders via email (if provided), and will be available through our ticket phone at 207-450-6350 and our Facebook page.

The decision to cancel will be made no later than 3 hours before the scheduled start time of the performance.

If a performance is canceled ticket holders will be offered two choices:

  1. Support Vivid Motion and receive a tax-deductible receipt by donating the value of the tickets
  2. Receive a refund for the value of the tickets.

Customers who opt to receive a refund or donation receipt will have 15 days from the cancellation date to exercise this option.
